How to Make The Easiest Lemon Meringue Pie

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 4 eggs
  • Lemon Juice
  • 1 Can of condensed milk
  • Sugar
  • Cream of Tartar
  • Vanilla Flavoring
  • Graham Cracker crust
  1. Step 1

    Mix 1 can of condensed milk and 1 egg yolk, mix well then add 1/4 cup of lemon juice and pour into pie crust.

  2. Step 2

    Now its time to make the meringue, for this step you will mix 3 egg whites and 1/4 teaspoon of the cream of tartar, mix until it grows and gets really foamy, then add 1/4 cup of sugar, also mix the pinch of vanilla flavoring until completely mixed together.

  3. Step 3

    Pour meringue mixture on top of pie until its sealed.

  4. Step 4

    Preheat oven to 375 , put pie in oven for 12-15 minutes or until meringue is golden on top.

  5. Step 5

    take pie out and let it cool for an hour before refrigerating for another 2 hours. after it's in the fridge for 2 hours, it should be ready to enjoy!!

Tips & Warnings
  • the longer it stays in the fridge the better consistency it will have.
  • Great with milk!!
