There is something special about "Sweets", we celebrate with "Desserts" we "Mourn" with desserts, whatever the case may be "Desserts" is always on the list of desire.
One of the popular "Desserts" is a cold, sweet beverage known as a Milkshake. The first documented Milkshake is in the 1855's from there it progressed in many changes from an alcoholic whisky to an eggnog to what we know today as a malt. With creativity we can supplement some of the added ingredient without all the fat content and the added weight around the stomach. We all desire to look good and still want to enjoy sweets. It was once stated by Elizabeth Taylor "What is living without eating". Here are some simple steps in creating that healthy "Milkshake".

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Blender
  • Fruit of your choice
  • Fat Free Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Fat Free Milk
  • Cinnamon
  • Splenda
  • Measuring spoons
  1. Step 1

    1 cup Fat Free Vanilla Ice Cream

  2. Step 2

    1 cup of your Desired Fruit your choice Strawberries/ Bananas / Blueberries

  3. Step 3

    1 tsp of Splenda

  4. Step 4

    1/4 cup of Fat Free Milk

  5. Step 5

    2 tsp cinnamon

  6. Step 6

    Blend with blender

Tips & Warnings
  • Blueberries is a great for the skin it has
