        Cilantro to Chelate Heavy Metals Naturally

        Cilantro is a leafy green plant commonly used as an ingredient in salsa. It is considered an herb, or spice, and it is also called coriander. It has a unique property of being able to chelate heavy metals from the body naturally. Cilantro, or coriander, seeds are used to make an herbal tincture that pulls heavy metals from the body.

        Coriander Seed Tincture:

        Grind 1/2 cup of cilantro seeds in a grinder or food processor.
        Place the cilantro seeds in a glass mason jar.
        Cover with 1/2 cup of vodka or apple cider vinegar.
        Add 1/2 cup of water.
        Cover with a tight fitting lid store in a cool dark place for 2 weeks, shaking the mixture daily.
        At the end of 2 weeks, strain the cilantro seeds from the tincture.
        Store the tincture in a dark, glass bottle with a dropper.

        Take 10 drops, 3 times daily as an adult dose to chelate heavy metals naturally.

Chlorella is also considered a very nutritious natural food source and can be eaten in its whole form if it can be found.
