When I first became published I had a pencil and some paper with an address from a publisher. Today the internet and the computer makes publishing fun. You can become a published author for online books.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • a good idea for a book
  • a computer
  • pencil and paper
  • passion
  1. Step 1

When keeping notes to your document, you must first save everything to this page,Save as (title document). I suggest having a pencil and paper handy, by the coffee table or bed stand, ideas come ang go all hours of the day. Choose a idea for your book, children,s, inspirational, drama, your interest.

  2. Step 2

Plug away at your computer or paper, put down all your ideas as they come to you. you will be surpised by the many ideas that pile up in a short time. Compile them into pages and then format them into a story. (Make them make sense)! You can use quotes, poems, anything that fits your mood, even political news that you find interesting to your subject.

  3. Step 3

I wrote a Chidren's book that is only 15 pages long, but I love the story and it was fitting for children. My point is that your book is as long as you want it to be.After all your work is stored on your computer and you have it saved. It is ready to be uploaded and published.
