Step 1
Electronic Roach Control
Consider purchasing an electronic roach control device. Such a device is usually plugged into your wall or battery operated, upon being activated it sends an ultrasonic pulse that drivers roaches and other pests out of your home. Such devices are relatively inexpensive and are highly effective in getting rid of roaches. -
Step 2
Roach Bates
Head down to the store and pick up a pack of roach baits. Roach baits have been found to display very positive results. The thing that make roach baits so effective is the fact that they kill roaches where they breed, thus preventing roach infestation all together. You can purchase roach baits online or in person from popular pest control companies such as Raid. -
Step 3
Keep Your Kitchen/House Clean
Perhaps one of the best ways to get rid of roaches and prevent future roach infestation is by remembering to keep your kitchen clean and avoid leaving food out. Cutting off the roaches food supply will ensure that they don't hang around for very long.
Also be sure to avoid leaving out any kind of water source, roaches need water too and tend to breed in areas they know they can easily find water/food. -
Step 4
Call an Exterminator
If you have tried everything and still can't seem to get rid of the roaches, consider calling an exterminator. An exterminator will thoroughly go through your home spraying areas where roaches are most commonly found.

on 9/2/2009 I hate those things, don't fool around with them (you can see how they affect me) and I haven't had one in about 40 years. Folks should learn ridding the home of temptation, such as dishwater, old food, etc. keeps them out. Equally that electronic device. Great job. 5* Jswana + a recommend
