Being pregnant is a beautiful experience because there is a little being growing inside your body. However, with pregnancy your body and moods are changing constantly. You may feel sick and naseous which can last throughout the day not just in the morning. Here are a few tips to help you feel better from being naseous.

      First, try to eat in the morning. Even if you are not hungry keeping something in your stomach will help with feeling naseous. Try a big bowl of oatmeal. The oatmeal will help coat your stomach and hopefully cut down on feeling naseous.

      Second, try to snack during the day. Keep foods such as crackers, fruit, cut carrots and nuts close at hand. Whether you are at work or in the car, try to have something to settle your stomach.

      Next, drink herb teas such as ginger root and mint teas. You can even add fresh ginger root in your tea. Or if you can stand the strong taste, eat a little piece of ginger root. Ginger root works very well with combating that naseous feeling. However, all natural herbs are not wise to consume during pregnancy. Ask you doctor or the person at the health food store which ones you can and can't have.

      Last, drink plenty of water. This will help you stay dehydrated just in case you still not able to keep any food down.
