Many farmers grow trees to earn coins on Facebook Farm Town. Not all trees bring in a lot of money, but with a lot of trees, they can be a good crop for your Farm Town farm.

Some farmers don't want anyone to harvest their trees. These farmers are called Tree Huggers and may have that phrase or TH (for tree hugger) in their Farm Town name or their farm name.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Facebook account
  • Farm Town farm
  1. Step 1

Log onto Facebook account then to your Farm Town farm.

  2. Step 2

Figure out which trees you would like to grow on your farm. You may want to grow trees that you find pleasing to look at and only harvest them for the coins occasionally. Or you may want to grow only trees that will earn you the most coins.

You can alternate between being a tree hugger and a tree harvester. It's your farm. Do what you want.

  3. Step 3

Know the value of each tree on Farm Town. Each tree that is harvested pays coins to the farmer who harvests the tree and to the farmer who owns the tree on his farm.

When a farmer hires a neighbor or other farmer to harvest trees, the farmer who owns the trees earns the following coins:

    - Lemon: $40
    - Apple: $46
    - Orange: $52
    - Pear: $65
    - Banana: $69
    - Plum: $73
    - Peach: $78
    - Cherry: $94
    - Mango: $97
    - Coconut: $101

  4. Step 4

Request trees as gifts. If your main goal is to earn coins with trees, ask your neighbors to send you coconut, mango, and cherry trees. These earn the most coins.

  5. Step 5

Wait till all trees are Ready to Harvest. If you want all of your trees of the same type to mature or have fruit (Ready to Harvest) at the same time, consider waiting till all of those trees are ripe or Ready to Harvest and then hire another farmer to harvest them all at once. This will give you some control over your tree crops.

Tips & Warnings
  • If you love the Farm Town trees, consider having a tree farm and not growing other crops.
  • Trees never Go To Waste so they are always a profitable crop.
  • Pine and palm cannot be harvested so no coins can be earned from these two types of trees.
