Things You'll Need:

  • Goat Cheese
  • Unsalted Butter, Garlic
  • Pistachios
  • Chives
  • Crackers
  • Electric Mixer
  1. Step 1

    Into the bowl of an electric mixer add the following ingredients: 3 logs of soft goat cheese, 1/3 cup of softened unsalted butter, 1 clove of mashed garlic, 1/2 cup of chopped pistachios, 1/2 cup sliced chives. Beat until mixture is combined.

  2. Step 2

    Gently spoon the goat cheese spread mixture into a decorative serving dish. Cover. Chill in a refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Step 3

    When ready to serve garnish the Pistachio Goat Cheese Spread with chopped chives.

  4. Step 4

    Add the Pistachio Goat Cheese Appetizer spread on crackers, small toast rounds or baguettes.
