How to Spice Up the Marriage Bed
Many married couples eventually find their relationship lacking in the intimacy and romance department. Passion doesn't have to end after you say "I do" or have children, however. Heating things up in the bedroom can help create a long and successful marriage. Set aside some time to be alone together. Start slowly by holding hands, talking and kissing in bed. From there, you can begin to spice up your marriage bed with new adventures, activities and positions.

1
Schedule a date each week. Pretend it's your first time meeting. Pretend to meet at a bar and have a one-night stand to create some excitement in the bedroom. Hire a babysitter for the night and forget about your careers and the stress that awaits you back at home. Ensure that the kids make their bedtimes, so you both can continue to spend quality time together in the bedroom after the date.

2
Try a change of scenery. Rent a hotel room for the night or take a weekend getaway together. Take toys, candles, massage oils and erotic movies with you to your romantic getaway.

3
Leave your spouse spicy notes around the house to give him clues of what to expect on your date night. A sexy tease can leave your partner in anticipation of what is to come that evening. Be descriptive and use your imagination. Don't be afraid to share your fantasies.

Role play in the bedroom. Dress up as a naughty schoolgirl or a nurse ready to give a checkup. Make sure he gets his medicine. Try out a few sex games as well. (See Resources) Buy a costume at an adult store for such intimate moments.
-
5
Be spontaneous. Try new sexual positions to break up the routine. If you've been married for awhile, you may find yourself in a rut that is hard to break. Surprise your spouse with love making in the morning or during an afternoon lunch break.
