If you receive one of the following errors from your Microsoft Xbox 360, this how-to will help.
E67. System Error. Contact Xbox Customer Support.
E68. System Error. Contact Xbox Customer Support.
E69. System Error. Contact Xbox Customer Support.
Upon receiving one of these errors you will also get a red flashing light at the bottom right side of the power button.
First turn off the Xbox 360 and disconnect all cables and devices. Then turn the Xbox 360 back on and see if you get the same error.
Make sure your Xbox 360 is connected to the internet and you have it fully updated with all updates from Xbox.
Next turn off the Xbox 360 and disconnect the hard drive. Turn back on the Xbox 360 and see if you receive the same error. If the error goes away then your hard drive is bad.
Now call/contact Xbox 360 support and see if you have an up to date warranty. If not, renew it if you need your console repaired. You can visit xbox.com and print our shipping labels for it and track the process of the repair.
If your hard drive is bad, then you can call Xbox support and see if they will replace it or you can just got buy another one.
