The Wacky Mac brand of pasta makes a colorful pasta salad that goes well with grilled meat. Pasta salads are easy to make, and you can add any ingredients you care to. Things You'll Need

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 bunch fresh broccoli, sliced
  • 1 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 2 tsps crushed garlic
  • 1 package Wacky Mac pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

    • 1

      Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced broccoli, sun-dried tomatoes and diced red pepper. Saute until broccoli is tender.

      Add crushed garlic, heat for two minutes. Be careful not to burn the garlic, as it will taste bitter.

      Prepare Wacky Mac pasta according to package directions. When ready, rinse with cold water to stop cooking. Add to the skillet with the other ingredients and heat.
