How to Make Crepes with Nutella
Crepes, originally a French meal, is famous all over the world. It is considered a gourmet breakfast and available in many restaurants. Crepes can be filled with cream, fruit, and chocolate. Nutella crepes are one of the most famous flavored and desired crepes. Making your own crepes takes a lot of practice and patience but the reward of such a delicious breakfast is worth it. Things You'll Need
- 1.5 cups self rising flour
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 2 cups milk (microwaved for 1 minute)
- 2 tbsp. butter (melted)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla essence
- 2 eggs
- Nutella
- Fruit (optional)
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Crepe pan
- Whisk

Pour the milk, flour, vanilla essence, sugar, eggs and butter into a large bowl. Mix the ingredients together with a whisk so that the mixture is smooth and there are no lumps.

Turn on the stove to medium-low. Put your crepe pan on the stove and melt a teaspoon of butter so you can maneuver your crepes when they're cooking.

Pour about 1/2 of batter into the crepe pan. Swirl it around so it spreads out onto the pan completely, covering the pan. Keep watching the crepe because it'll cook quickly. It'll start to dry on top and form small bubbles.

Remove the pan from the stove when the crepe is completely dry on top.

Take the crepe out of the pan and transfer it onto a plate. If it doesn't slip off the pan, use a fork to release the edges.

Spread as much Nutella as you want in a line in the center of the crepe. Spray whipped cream on this and add chopped strawberries, as desired.

Grab both ends of the crepe and bring them to the center of the crepe. Overlap the ends to close the crepe.

Garnish the crepe with dollops of Nutella.
