Make sure you have all the necessary money and information.
You will need to know the bank account number to wire money into, as well as the name of the person or business you are transferring money to.
And of course you need the money to begin with!

Find a money transfer service. There are any number of such services: Western Union, Paypal, Xoom, and most large banks offer money wiring services. They all have their advantages and disadvantages. Paypal is fast, secure, but totally online, whereas you can bring hard cash to services like Western Union.

Go to your money transfer servicer and tell them you want to transfer money. They'll need to know all the information listed in Step 1. They'll also need the money.

The money transfer service will take a fee and/or a commission. That's OK - they're providing the service, after all.
If you are wiring money internationally, there will also be currency conversion costs.
