If you are like most people, your daily schedule is so packed that you wish there were more hours in the day. When you have that type of busy schedule, it is easy to believe that you can not fit a workout into your day. You probably already know that is important to workout to stay healthy and to lose weight. The problem most people have is not the desire to workout to be healthy and lose weight, but finding the time in their day to workout. By following this simple plan, you will be able to fit an easy workout into your busy schedule.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Wake up thirty minutes earlier then you usually do. Most people would think that this is not enough time to get a workout into their busy schedule, but this is more then enough time to kick start your metabolism and get in and easy workout. With the thirty minutes in the morning, you can go for a quick walk around the neighborhood or a walk on the treadmill. The important part of this easy workout is to get the heart pumping early during your day.

  2. Step 2

Use 15 minutes of your lunch break to squeeze another workout into your busy schedule. To be healthy and lose weight with an easy workout, you need to tone as well as get your heart pumping during your day. One of the best exercises to do this and help keep you energized for your busy day is squats and lunges. By doing a couple reps of these during your lunch break, you will burn calories and tone the mid section and legs.

  3. Step 3

Go for a thirty minute walk or jog as soon as you get home from work. This is a great time to get in an easy workout. Most people's minds are bogged down with stuff from work when they first get home and they need to unwind before getting to the rest of their busy schedule. By going out for a walk, you will clear your mind and get a great easy workout in before dinner.

  4. Step 4

Do sit ups during commercial breaks of your favorite nightly TV shows. Most people have TV shows that they watch every night, no matter how busy their schedule is. This is the way that people choose to unwind these days. You can use the down time during commercial breaks to do sit ups to get in an easy workout. All you have to do is to raise your shoulder blades off the floor to get the great benefits of this workout.
