      Acai berry juice tastes good so you will not mind drinking it four times per day.

      Buy it at your local grocery store, health food store or other store that carries healthy foods.

      EAT HEALTHY MEALS AND SNACKS - Eat healthy meals three times a day at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Eat snacks in between meals so that you never go more than three hours without healthy food.

      A healthy meal consists of 50% vegetables such as spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots or tomatoes, 25% lean meats such as turkey, chicken or lean pork and 25% whole grains such as brown rice, whole wheat pasta or starches such as potatoes.
