Things You'll Need:
- Cayenne Pepper
- water
-
Step 1
You need to get some Cayenne Pepper, you can get the powdered type at your local grocery store, health food store, or you can buy it online. You can also use fresh Cayenne Pepper, cut up about a tablespoon of the pepper, and let it sit in 8 oz. hot water for about an hour. Strain the water to remove the chunks of pepper.
-
Step 2
When using the powdered Cayenne Pepper, use 1/4 teaspoon to 8 oz. of warm water. Stir thoroughly.
-
Step 3
You need to gargle with this mixture for about thirty seconds, if you have trouble with the taste, you can add a little bit of honey. You will need to gargle with this mixture every 15 minutes for about 2 hours. By the time you finish, your throat will feel much better.
