How to Pineapple Mango Banana Chiller Drink in Five Minutes or Less

Go tropical and whip up a delicious and nutritious Pineapple Mango Banana Smoothie. There is plenty to share - 32 ounces- and this recipe is so quick that you can go from start to finish in less than 5 minutes. Even if you split this smoothie blend with just one person, your 16 ounce smoothie contains less than 250 calories and is fat-free.
This smoothie is excellent with a meal, as a snack, or to cool-off on a day in the sun. It is loaded with vitamins and minerals and will brighten your day.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 20 ounce can of pineapple chunks or slices
  • peeled Mango
  • peeled banana
  • handful of ice cubes (6-8)
  • blender with lid
  1. Step 1

    Open can and pour pineapple and juice into blender.

  2. Step 2

    Peel banana and put in blender.

  3. Step 3

    Peel mango and place slices in blender.

  4. Step 4

    Toss in ice cubes or crushed ice.

  5. Step 5

    Put lid on blender and turn on and blend at a slow speed for first thirty seconds. Turn blender progressively up to frappe' setting for about two minutes.

  6. Step 6

    Pour smooth, chiller drink into cups or glasses and share your tropical drink and relax.

Tips & Warnings
  • Chill pineapple in advance and that will give you a colder drink.
