Laughter is the best medicine. Haven’t you heard that before. Try and relax and joke around your partner. Find out what tickles him and try and raise a laugh out of him.

Try and keep your parents out of it. Remember the more people are involved the worse it gets. Too many cooks spoil a broth.

Think that your partner is the new girl or guy on the block. Try and re ignite the spark by going out on simple dates/ go mini golfing or go karting or rent a cabin for the weekend. Just anything to bring you back closer.

Communicate openly but respectfully. Respect your partners limitations be it in bed or life or career. Encourage him to get better without being viliful. Remember he or she is the one that once made up your whole world.
