Studies indicate that aerobic exercises can greatly enhance a child's self esteem. Encourage you child to take part in enjoyable daily activities be it running or baseball or just playing with other kids.

Talk to the child's teacher. Encouragement in school especially by teachers greatly enhances a child's self esteem especially in the school setting. Regular interactions with your child's teachers help to formulate better and more cohesive esteem enhancing plans.

Encourage you child to take part in social activities. This is a natural and probably the best way to develop self esteem.
