Step 1
Make sure you get organic apple cider vinegar with the mother. You can purchase this at your neighborhood health food store. You can also shop online and find some very good deals on apple cider vinegar. Make sure you comparison shop and you should only be spending about $12-$14 a gallon for the apple cider vinegar.

Step 2
Using a cotton swab, soak it with apple cider vinegar and thoroughly rub the affected area with the swab. You can also soak your whole foot in the apple cider vinegar if you prefer. Allow your feet to dry before putting shoes or socks on. Make sure that you never reuse the the apple cider vinegar after it has come in contact with the area that your treating.

Athletes foot can be a bit stubborn, but make sure you apply the apple cider vinegar at least twice a day. When first using the apple cider vinegar on athletes foot, there may a little burning, this is quite normal. Just make sure that you don't get discouraged, and usually within a week the athletes foot will be gone.
