Things You'll Need:
- 2 pounds of hamburger
- 4 medium carrots
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 stalk of celery
- 1 large can of tomato juice
- 4 cups of milk
- 1 cup of water
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of pepper
- 1/3 cup of flour
- 1 frying pan
- 1 large pot

Step 1
First crumble the ground beef and dice the onion and put in frying pan. Fry until ground beef is brown and the onions are soft. Drain grease and set aside.

Step 2
While ground beef and onion is frying peel your carrots and potatoes and chop them. Dice the celery. Throw the potatoes, carrots and celery into a large pot

Step 3
Pour in your 1 can of tomato juice and 1 cup of water into large pot. Heat until boiling. Make sure potatoes, carrots, and celery are tender. Reduce heat.

Step 4
Stir in your 4 cups of milk,1/3 cup of flour and ground beef and let it simmer for about one hour. After that add the salt and pepper and let it cook for about another 10 to 15 minutes. After that it is ready to serve with crackers. Enjoy!
