Step 1
Write you goals down. When you write them down, it shows you what you want to achieve. After you read over them, put them in order. The order should be, what you feel you want to accomplish in a few weeks, months, then years. You should prioritize them as well.

Set a time frame on each of your goals. Decide when you want to achieve each goal in your life. Be realistic in this step. Make sure you will enable to reach the goal in the amount of time, with a little effort. You do not want to set a goal, and not reach it. This will discourage you in this process.

Step 3
Decide what you are going to do to achieve each goal. Even if you have to make smaller goals to achieve the larger goal. Make a decision on the things you will do daily, weekly, or monthly to achieve all of your goals, then stick with them. This can be a hard process, but do not get discouraged. You have to concentrate on these things.

Step 4
Track your goals weekly. Sit down and go over you goals. Look to see what you have done in that week to achieve them. You should also prepare yourself for the next week. If you feel you could have done something different, do it.
