1. Party Platters are easy to make and they can save you a considerable amount of money when throwing your next party. Basically, I have three main party platters that I normally prepare and the guests love it. Preparing your own party platters can turn out to be a great deal of fun.

2. You will need 3-4 large party type trays, 3 pounds of baked ham sliced, 3 pounds of American cheese, turkey breast sliced, sliced corned beef, cooked salami, and sliced pepper cheese. All cheeses and luncheon meats should be ordered in quantities of 3 pounds.

3. Once you have all the meats and cheeses neatly arranged, you can place two dipping dishes in the center with Dijon mustard, horseradish sauce and whatever other condiments that you prefer. You can also make up a tray with simply salads.

4. The salad tray should include 3 pounds potato salad, macaroni salad, tortellini salad, and chicken and shrimp salad. You will save some money if you make all of the salads your self. Homemade is always better than store bought prepared foods.
