Step 1
To begin you must set priorities, these priorities may be cutting back on so much work, realize that 3 out of 10 workers become disabled in their lifetime, there are people with millions who are miserable in pursuit of money which in their minds equates happiness. Nothing can be further from the truth and the more you pursue money in the name of happiness the more miserable you will become. Make small steps to get to where you want to get...it may just be having a place to call home or a better job or just piece of mind....Follow your goals to achieve this and they will become a reality.
-
Step 2
Write down on paper all the things that bother you...it may be work, it may be the commute, the petty squables people seem to conjuer up...or even ust the mundane hum drum of working to pay bills. either way there is a way to balance out what you want and what you need.
-
Step 3
If you arent working and find yourself with too much time...find a hobby or pastime to carry you through. Many retires die before their time because they have too much time on their hands and feel as if they have no purpose. remember your children come first whether it be just reading a book or playing a board game anything helps. try a find a purpose besides work if your work defines you. take small steps and you will succeed.
