Wear heels in moderation-- 8 to 10 hours a day is stretching it's maximum, Don't wear longer than 10 hours, it's bad for your heels to withstand the pain

2. Heels are not one size fits all-- Find the right fit for your foot, you can try half a size bigger or half a size smaller.

4 inch heelsThe Ideal heel height is 2.5 inch-- But anything over 2.5 inch is fine, just don't go above 4 inch heels (your feet is working much too hard now)

4. Wear junkier heels-- it gives you more support and better balance. Wedges has more surface area to walk on.
