How to Make Your Own Face Peels
Facial peels help to renew the skin by removing the damaged and dry outer layer and allowing new skin to grow in below. - 1 cup fresh pineapple
- 1/2 cup fresh papaya
- 1 tbsp. honey
- Food processor

Combine 1 cup of fresh pineapple and 1 cup of fresh papaya in a food processor. Blend thoroughly until the fruit is smooth. Add 1 tbsp. of honey to thicken the mixture. These fruits both contain natural enzymes and alpha-hydroxy acids that will assist in shedding dead skin. Honey is a natural moisturizer.

Apply the mixture to your face. Cover the entire face, but avoid eye areas, contact with the hair, and the mouth. Apply the mixture to your neck as well.

Allow the mixture to sit on the skin for 15 to 20 minutes. Wait for the mixture to feel completely dry to the touch. Rinse off with warm water to open the pores. Allow your skin to rest for 5 minutes before following with with toner and moisturizer. Try rinsing off in the shower to allow sufficient time after the peel, while promoting relaxation.

Try additional peels. Make your own by researching natural ingredients with skin health benefits, and vitamins like A and C. Combine gelatin, lemon or orange juice, and other healthy ingredients to take away wrinkles, increase elasticity and smooth your appearance.
