  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • Baking dish (9 by 13 inches)
  • 10 oz. box frozen chopped spinach
  • Large bowl
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Spoon
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

      Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray your baking dish thoroughly with nonstick cooking spray.

      Place the package of frozen chopped spinach into the microwave and heat on "High" for five minutes or until thawed. Remove the spinach from the package and squeeze out the excess water.

      Place the spinach into a large bowl, then add 1/2 cup each of mayonnaise and sour cream. Stir until the mixture is thoroughly combined, then stir in 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese.

Tips & Warnings
