No one will ever guess that thsee deliciously rich cookies are made from Ritz crackers! These Ritz chocolate cookies are easy to make, and can be decorated with different colored sprinkles so they are a perfect holiday dessert - regardless of the holiday!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Ritz Crackers
  • Creamy peanut butter
  • Chocolate Almond Bark
  • Colored sprinkles
  • Wax paper
  1. Step 1

Ritz chocolate cookies are PERFECT for any holiday. Begin by spreading peanut butter between two Ritz crackers, leaving the flat side facing out. You don't need a lot of peanut butter, as too much will just ooze out the sides and it won't turn out properly.

  2. Step 2

In the meantime, melt the Almond bark for the Ritz chocolate cookies in a double boiler. If you don't have a double boiler, simply add 1" of water in a large saucepan and place a smaller saucepan inside. Place pieces of the Almond bark inside the smaller saucepan and heat on low until melted.

  3. Step 3

Once the chocolate is melted, dip the peanut butter Ritz crackers in the chocolate. Coat evenly. Immediately place on wax paper and add sprinkles. Allow the Ritz chocolate cookies to dry completely. When they are completely dry, they will no longer stick to the wax paper.

Tips & Warnings
  • For Halloween cookies, use orange and black sprinkles.
  • For Christmas cookies, use red and black sprinkles.
  • For Valentine's cookies, use red, pink and white sprinkles.
  • For 4th of July cookies, use red, white and blue sprinkles.
  • And so on.....
