Step 1
You should first get you items together.
Ingrediants:
You will need:
* 4-5 large potatoes
* Olive oil
* Tony Chachere's Seasoning -
Step 2
Heat your oven to 375 degrees.
Peal you potatoes, and cut into thick french fry strips. The thickness of them will depend on how thick you like your french fries. -
Step 3
Get a large glass baking dish. Place all potatoes in dish, then season to taste with Tony Chachere's seasoning. You can use other seasonings if you like. This is just my preference.

Pour a generous amount of Olive oil over the potatoes(enough to coat them), mix well with your hands. This ensures that you evenly coat all of the potatoes.

Place baking dish in the oven.
You will bake for about 45 minutes to an hour. Bake until the potatoes are soft. Be sure to check on the potatoes occasionally and stir with spoon to be sure they do not stick to the pan. -
Step 6
Serve and enjoy your low fat french fries.
This recipe makes you great tasty french fries, with about half the calories of most potatoes cooked in grease. Your kids will enjoy these with there burgers, or any other meal.
