Maintaining healthy relationships with friends and family can often be a difficult task, given all the stresses life can bring. Sometimes maintaining a healthy relationship can be allot easier than you might think, but it does require some effort on your part.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    The first thing you have to do is identify what causes most of your conflicts, identify the emotion that circles through your mind, understand it, and perceive it differently.

  2. Step 2

    Try to see the good in people, we as humans are extremely flawed and no-one is perfect. Seeing the good in someone might change your outlook on life and save a friendship.

  3. Step 3

    Talk to your friends about personal things, you may not think they can understand what your going through, but there is no way to know unless you try. That person could have gone through the exact same thing.

  4. Step 4

    Take trips and go out together, I know everyone is trying to save money but there has to be a balance of fun and work in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
