Learn how to make a quick and easy monkey bread that only requires you to be in the kitchen for 15 minutes. Great for holiday get togethers.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 Loaves of Redi Dough
  • Cinnamon
  • Sugar
  • Butter
  • Bundt Pan
  1. Step 1

Pull the Redi Dough out of the freezer the night before. Unwrap and place on the counter or in a LARGE bowl the unwrapped dough to allow it to raise overnight.

  2. Step 2

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt a stick of butter in a microwave safe dish and set next to the bowl of dough. Pull out your bundt pan and lightly grease the surfaces.

  3. Step 3

Mix the cinnamon and sugar to taste in a third bowl and set next to the butter. It is easiest if you set all in a line in this order: dough- butter-cinnamon/sugar mix- bundt pan-- this allows you to just move down the line.

  4. Step 4

Pull off dough by roughly about a tsp at a time, and dip in the butter and then the sugar mixture. Place into bottom of bundt pan. Repeat steps until all dough is used or until bundt pan is 2/3 of the way full. Place in preheated oven for between 45-60 minutes. When you take it out, you will want to use a fork to pry into the center pieces and make sure the dough is cooked through. Serve with milk or coffee and enjoy.

Tips & Warnings
  • 2 loaves of dough will usually make 1 1/2 bundt pans worth of monkey bread. Just judge it by the size of your pan.
