Things You'll Need:

• 3 cups Well aged manure
• 1/2 cup epsom salts
• 2 cupsystemic rose crystals, available at garden centers.
• 1 cup blood meal
• 2 gallons peat moss
• large bucket

1. Start this at the beginning of gardenting season. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in the bucket.

2. weed around the rose bushes and remove about 1/3 to 1/2 of the dirt around the roots of each plant. put abour 3 cups of the mixture from your bucket around the roots of each plant.

3. cover the roots back up with the dirt and water the roses if needed.
   It is also a good time to put fresh mulch around each rose bush. Now, you are done until next year. You only need to fertilize with some liquid fertilized once every two weeks. You have prevented aphids for the gardening season. The leaves and stems of each bush well be strong and dark green. But, the best part is the roses well be beautiful. And you won't be spraying for aphids.
