You can lower your blood pressure naturally by exercising, using supplements, eating some foods and avoiding other foods.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Lower your blood pressure naturally by doing short intensive exercises. Start by doing intensive type of exercises for up to 20 minutes every day. The best type of exercises involve all muscles.

  2. Step 2

    Incorporate foods that are known to naturally lower blood pressure. Add these foods to your daily diet:
    Dark green leafy vegetables like kale, collard greens, spinach, broccoli, parsley, and cilantro.
    Berries: blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries etc.
    Nuts: walnuts, brazil nuts, almonds. Eat them raw, not roasted and without sugar or other stuff added to them.
    Drink only filtered or RO'd water.
    Proteins: Organic free range eggs, meats. Avoid processed meats because of additives.
    Try to consume significant amount of these with every meal if possible.

  3. Step 3

    Next, avoid these foods to help lower your blood pressure:
    Patatoes, grain, breat pasta tortillas (flower and corn), soft drinks and store bought juices. Most store bought juices are pasteurized and contain various types of sweeteners. Be cautious with products like soybeans because of controversial claims against them.

  4. Step 4

    Talk with your doctor about including natural supplements to not only improve your health, but also help you stabilize your blood pressure. Some especially useful supplements are: CoQ10, Garlic, Fish oil, Hemp oil, vitamin B complex, vitamin D3, Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium, and Vitamin C.
