Choose an inexpensive lotion that does not irritate your face.

Mix the DMAE into your lotion. For every four ounces of lotion, add one and one fourth teaspoons of DMAE and mix well. You may choose to add the DMAE directly to the lotion, or you may choose to mix the ingredients in a separate container, depending on which method is easier.

Apply your DMAE cream in the morning and the evening, being careful not to get any into your eyes.

Tips & Warnings
Be prepared for a very pronounced odor when you make DMAE cream. I and others I know have used our own DMAE cream for years, and we get used to the odor, which dissipates quickly.

It should also be noted that when you use dmae amine (its very alkaline and has a higher possibility of causing damage to the skin), therefore dmae bitartrate (its neutralized with tartaric acid making it less alkaline) should be used to get a 5% with dmae bitartrate use it at a 13.5% to get it at a 4% use it at a 10.8% and to get it at a 3% strength use it at 8.1%.

No. It comes in cream form which you can make yourself from a very simple recipe which i have posted above. It is also available all over the Internet for ridiculous prices of $100.00 and more per tiny container!! Don't get sucked in!! A bottle of 350 mg. DMAE capsules ( about 200 capsules per bottle ) costs about $28.00 Canadian in any health food store. Again, mix the powder in the capsules with any moisturizing cream (vitamin e, Collagen anything under $10.00 per large container) , 1 and 1+1/4 teaspoon of powder to every 4 ounces of cream moisturizer and Voila!! you have you perfect DMAE cream for under $40.00 Can. which will last a few months!! Go for it! good luck + feel free to post any questions as i have been using the DMAE following this recipe and after about 3-4 weeks you WILL look anywhere from 5-15 years younger; it's highly individual but there WILL be visible results!
