      Position yourself on a level surface with your feet shoulder width apart.

      Bend at the knees while keeping your head up.

      Explode forward and extend yourself as far as possible, while being sure that you will land on both feet at the same time and be in balance. When you land, you should also be sure that your knees are bent and head is still up. Landing stiff legged results in a high probability of knee injuries.

      Once you land, immediately propel yourself forward again with another explosion jump. Be sure that you have bent your knees to explode.

      Upon landing, immediately propel yourself for a third time.

      Repeat this triple jump process four more times to complete a set.

  • Consistently measure your progress as it relates to: distance of each jump (explosion level), total jumping distance of three combined jumps (try to get these as close as possible), first jump versus others in the set (how fatigued you feel).
