Things You'll Need:

  • container of cool whip light
  • 2 six ounces Yoplait yogurt upside down pineapple cake flavor(single serving size)
  • fruit
  • lemon or half tsp lemon juice
  1. Step 1

At the grocers buy a container of Light Cool Whip whipped cream, this is sold in the freezer department.

  2. Step 2

At the dairy section purchase two six ounces Light Yoplait Upside Down Pineapple Cake flavor.

  3. Step 3

At the produce section purchase one cantaloupe. A bunch of green and red seedless grapes (make sure they are sweet). Purchase a small container of Strawberries. One pint of blueberries. One yellow or brown pear. A Golden delicious apple.

  4. Step 4

Mix the yogurt thorough into the whipped cream in the container. Put in the refrigerator.

  5. Step 5

Wash all of the fruit. Separate the grapes from the stem. Slice the apple and the pear into slivers(moon shape)keeping the skin on. Cut the cantaloupe into small pieces.

  6. Step 6

In a separate bowl take the pear and the apple and squeeze fresh lemon juice on them. If you do not have fresh lemon juice you may substitute one teaspoon of lemon juice sold in bottles(concentrated). Stir with spoon making sure that juice has been distributed.

  7. Step 7

After sprinkling the lemon juice onto the apple and pear add both fruits to large bowl with the other fruit.

  8. Step 8

Mix all of the fruits together. Serve fruit in a small bowl or mug and drop by spoonfuls the whipped cream and yogurt mixture on top of the fruit. That's it Enjoy
