3. Determine the passenger capacity for the van you want to rent. For example, the Ford E350 and the Chevy Express hold a maximum of 12 passengers, while the Dodge Sprinter can fit 15 passengers. Keep in mind this is the maximum number of passengers.

4. View the features of the passenger van you plan to rent. The features may include automatic transmission, AM/FM radio, CD player, power locks, power windows and cruise control.

5. Reserve the passenger rental van after looking at the per-day rental quotes. Passenger van rentals are usually one of the most expensive types of rentals and cost more than luxury cars, convertibles and premium SUVs.
