Do you like fresh organic Guacamole, but only know how to make it from a package mix. This is a quick & easy way to Guacamole using fresh ingredients.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 3 Ripe Organic Avocados
  • 2 Ripe Organic Tomatoes
  • 1 Organic White Onion
  • 1 Organic Lime
  • Sea Salt with Garlic added
  1. Step 1

Pick 3 ripe Avocados’ at the grocery store. You can tell they are ripe when they are soft to the touch, not hard.

  2. Step 2

Peel & remove the seed from the Avocados. Place in a bowl and mash.

  3. Step 3

Next add garlic salt to taste. I use sea salt in my grinder with garlic powder. Remember not to over do it, you can add more if needed, but can not take away.

  4. Step 4

Add the juice of ½ lime, mix together with the salt & avocados.

  5. Step 5

Chop 2 medium size ripe tomatoes. Your tomatoes should be firm but not hard to the touch. Add to your bowl.

  6. Step 6

Chop 1 small onion and add to your bowl.

  7. Step 7

Mix together and serve with your favorite organic tortilla chips.

Tips & Warnings
  • Season to your taste. Start out small on the lime and salt. You can always add to it.
  • Use fresh lime juice for the best flavor.
  • This is easy enough to throw together right before your guests arrive.
  • Do not make ahead.
  • The avocados will turn brown..this will taste fine, but look unappealing.
