Things You'll Need:
- Ground pork
- Ground ham
- Egg
- Milk
- Graham crackers
- Non-stick cooking spray
- Ketchup
- Mustard
- Brown sugar
- Vinegar
- Baking dish
- Mixing bowels

Step 1
Select a baking dish big enough to hold the number of servings you desire.
One serving approximately three ounces which is anywhere from one to three ham balls depending on the size of the balls you make. -

Spray the baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Take one pound ground pork and one pound ground ham and mix thoroughly.

Mix up one egg, ¼ cup milk and ¼ cup graham crackers.

Add your meat mixture to your egg mixture, blend thoroughly.

At this point you may have to add a little more liquid or a little more graham crackers. You want it to be moist and adhere into a ball.

Balls formed by hand.Form into balls. An easy method is to use a large ice cream scoop or you can use the old school two hand method.

Sauce ingredientsMix Up your sauce using approximately one cup ketchup, one tablespoon mustard, one teaspoon vinegar and one cup of brown sugar. Mix thoroughly and vary ingredients to taste.

Pour sauce.Pour the sauce over ham balls.

CoverCover the baking dish.

Place in preheated oven and bake for about one hour.

RemoveRemove from oven.

Uncover the backing dish, be careful, it will be hot!

Place ham balls on serving dishes.

I like mine with potatoes and fresh home grown tomato slices.Serve and enjoy! I like it with mashed potatoes and a vegetable.
