This Halloween, make fun and easy Edible Monster Eyes for dessert. These ghoulish Halloween dessert recipes do not require a lot of toil and trouble. So gather the kids and a few common ingredients - and let the deliciously disgusting creativity begin.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Wiggly Halloween Monster Eyes

    Ingredients:
    - Premade Vanilla Pudding
    - Round LifeSavers Gummies
    - Dark Jelly Beans, Chocolate Chips, Raisins or Dried Blueberries
    - Truffle Mold or Mini-Muffin Tin

    Directions:
    - Place a LifeSavers Gummies in the center of each truffle mold or muffin tin cavity.
    - Fit a jelly bean, chocolate chip, raisin or blueberry in the center of each gummy circle.
    - Gently spoon the vanilla pudding into each mold, careful to keep the candy in the center of the mold.
    - Freeze the wiggly monster eyeballs until firmly set.
    - Remove the monster eyeballs from the freezer and allow them to thaw slightly, less than 5 minutes.
    - Turn the scary treat out onto a Halloween serving plate and arrange.

    If you are not going to enjoy the monster eyeballs right away, keep them frozen until just before serving.

  2. Step 2

    Crumbly Halloween Monster Eyes

    Ingredients:
    - Container of White Frosting
    - Box of Vanilla Wafers or other small cookies
    - Hard LifeSavers Candies
    - Small Tube of Red Gel Icing
    - Dark Jelly Beans, Chocolate Chips, Raisins or Dried Blueberries

    Directions:
    - Spread a small coating of white frosting on each cookie.
    - Place a single LifeSaver in the center of each frosted vanilla wafer.
    - Fit a jelly bean, chocolate chip, raisin or blueberry in the center of each LifeSaver.
    - Use the red gel icing to draw bloodshot lines on each crumbly monster eye.
    - Arrange the crumbly monster eyes in a single layer on a Halloween serving platter.

  3. Step 3

    Hollow Halloween Monster Eyes

    Ingredients:
    - Mini Doughnuts or Mini Vanilla Cupcakes
    - Small Tube of Red Gel Icing
    - Round LifeSavers Gummies or Hard LifeSavers Candies

    Directions:
    - Center a LifeSaver over the doughnut hole or place in the middle of the cupcake.
    - With the red gel icing, draw bloodshot lines on each scary, hollow monster eye.
    - Leave the monster eye centers vacant and hollow.

    BOO!
