You can reduce inflammation naturally by exercising, reducing stress, increasing your intake of healthy foods, and by reducing or eliminating unhealthy foods. These changes will also help to stabilize your levels of cholesterol while reducing your inflammation naturally!

  1. Step 1

    Reduce inflammation by exercising the right way. You need to start a regular physical fitness program. There is no need to spend hours for each exercise session. Do vigorous exercises that involve all muscle groups for up to 20 minutes every day. Body weight type of exercises like calisthenics are best suited for this purpose.

  2. Step 2

    Reduce inflammation by eating the right way. Eat lots of raw fruits and vegetables, especially dark green leafy vegetables. Eat nuts, beans, healthy oils such as fish oil, hemp oil, olive oil, coconut oil.
    Avoid unhealthy hydrogenated fats such as margarine and shortening. Avoid or decrease amounts of grains, bread, cookies, cakes, pasta, macaroni, noodles. Read the list of ingredients and avoid any products with artificial additives, preservatives and food coloring.

  3. Step 3

    Reduce inflammation by adding supplements/nutrients to your daily diet such as : ginger, curcumin/turmeric, rosemary.
    In addition, consider using other spices which have numerous beneficial influences on health: cinnamon, oregano, garlic, onions, cumin, peppermint, cayenne pepper, basil and cilantro.
