Things You'll Need:

  • 1 large can cream mushroom soup
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 pkg frozen green peas
  • 1 lb chicken whole cut up
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • half tsp paprika
  • 4 garlic cloves
  1. Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 325 degrees rinse the chicken pieces season with salt and pepper Chicken breast with bones or without bones can be used in this recipe also

  2. Step 2

    heat the vegetable oil in a pan until it sizzles this will inform you when the oil is hot

  3. Step 3

    put the chicken into the heated pan and brown all of the pieces evenly

  4. Step 4

    When browned thoroughly put the chicken pieces into a large covered casserole dish

  5. Step 5

    add the canned cream mushroom soup and pour into the chicken pieces and stir making sure to cover all of the chicken

  6. Step 6

    chop the onion and garlic add to the mixture add the frozen peas add paprika

  7. Step 7

    stir all ingredients throughout the chicken pieces

  8. Step 8

    cover the casserole dish put into heated oven for one hour

  9. Step 9

    Enjoy this simple and delicious meal

  • Cream of mushroom soup can be substituted with low or no sodium
