Pretty much everybody loves cake and for the most part they all enjoy candy bars as well. Here today I'm gonna tell you how to get the best of both worlds and make butterfinger cake.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

The very first step to make Butterfinger cake is to bake the desired mix according to the directions on the box. A chocolate or yellow mix will be used in most recipes. Once it's finished baking in the oven poke holes with a butter knife.

  2. Step 2

The next step to make Butterfinger cake is to take some caramel topping and spread it along the top of the mix. I recommend doing this while it's still hot and using the kind of topping made for ice cream.

  3. Step 3

The third step here to make Butterfinger cake is to pour a can of condensed milk on top and allow it to settle while spreading it out in the pan.

  4. Step 4

After the milk has been poured onto the top of the mix then you're gonna take a single Butterfinger bar and crush it up into really small pieces. These crumbs are gonna be scattered all over the top and then you should allow for the dessert to cool in the pan.

  5. Step 5

The final step is to spread cool whip and another crushed up candy bar on top once it has cooled down and is ready to be served to eat. If you follow those steps it should be a really good after dinner snack.
