The lemonade detox diet, also known as the Master Cleanse, was created by an alternative health practitioner named Stanley Burroughs. It is designed to remove toxins from your body and flush the colon. The lemonade detox diet is easy to make but takes a lot of willpower to complete. Many celebrities, including Beyonce, have lost weight on the lemonade detox for movie roles and special appearances.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Water
  • Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Pure preservative-free Maple Syrup

    Lemonade Detox

  1. Step 1

    Squeeze 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice.

  2. Step 2

    Mix the lemon juice, 2 tbsp. maple syrup, and a sprinkle of cayenne pepper with 8 oz. water.

  3. Step 3

    Enjoy this beverage hot or cold, whenever you feel hungry.

  4. Step 4

    Consume nothing but six to eight servings of the lemonade detox for about seven to 10 days.
