It must be time to party! A cheese ball is the perfect choice and it is so easy. You don't have to be a master in the kitchen to make this. Here's how.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 packages cream cheese (8 ounces each
  • 1 package shredded sharp cheddar cheese (about 8 ounces)
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup Miracle Whip Dressing
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • Black pepper
  • Bacon bits
  1. Step 1
    Cream Cheese
     
    Cream Cheese

    Let cream cheese stand at room temperature until softened. This means take the cheese out of the refrigerator at least an hour before you want to start to prepare the cheese ball. If you forget, don't worry, just put the cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 60 seconds or so, until soft.

  2. Step 2
    Cream Cheese, Cheddar Cheese,Parmeasan Cheese and Dressing Mixture

    Beat cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, grated parmesan cheese, and dressing in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.

  3. Step 3
    Chopped Green Onions
     
    Chopped Green Onions

    Add ¼ cup of finely chopped green onions and black pepper; mix well. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

  4. Step 4
    Bacon Bits
     
    Bacon Bits

    Form into a ball or any shape you like, i.e., football or log. Sprinkle evenly with bacon bits.

Tips & Warnings
  • Left over bacon bits are great in a salad or as a toping on a baked potato.
