Are you having friends and family over? This cheese ball will make them think you know what good really is. The Blue Cheese really adds to the traditional cheese ball.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 packages cream cheese (8 ounces each)
  • ¾ cup blue cheese (crumbled)
  • 1 package shredded sharp cheddar cheese (8 ounces)
  • 1/2 small onion, finely chopped

Cheeses should be softened by letting them stand at room temperature until softened. This means take the cheese out of the refrigerator at least an hour before you want to start to prepare the cheese ball. If you forget, don’t worry, just put the cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 60 seconds or so, until soft.
