   The first and obvious step is to join eHow and start writing articles.    You can probably write a couple articles at night before you go to bed. Once they're written, they start earning money through ads that are automatically placed on the page of your article.    Sell your old junk on eBay. We're all familiar with eBay, right? Upload a picture of an old baseball card along with a brief description, upload that info to eBay and wait around until your auction is over. This might be the easiest of all three steps I've presented because it's literally just a read and click process--something anyone can do an hour or so before you fall asleep in bed.
