You can lower your blood pressure naturally by using certain foods, supplements and exercise.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

To lower your blood pressure, eat large amounts of dark green leafy vegetables, celery, beets, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, onions, garlic, legumes, cold water fish (salmon, sardines, tuna, herring, halibut and mackerel), olive oil, coconut oil, nuts.
Stop eating hydrogenated fats, margarine, processed and genetically modified foods (GMOs) and soft drinks. Drink purified water and herbal tea (green tea, tulsi tea)

  2. Step 2

Consider taking the following supplements: fish oil, cod liver oil, hemp oil, vitamin D3, vitamin C, vitamin K, alpha lipoic acid, probiotics, digestive enzymes, resveratrol, quercentin, Coenzyme Q10, curcumin, vitamin E / mixed tocopherols.

  3. Step 3

You can lower your blood pressure by implementing daily exercise routine. Do 20 minutes of vigorous exercises every day. Do exercises which use all groups of muscles in your body. I recommend calisthenics and body weight exercises.

  4. Step 4

Avoid stressful situations, relax often, listen to relaxing calming music.

Tips & Warnings
  • Always check with your doctor before implementing exercise and supplementation program.
