Do you have trouble sleeping? Most people do. I have found some ways to get a good nights sleep and am going to share them with you.
Make your bedroom comfortable with cool temperatures. It is a known fact that the human body sleeps better when we are cooler and can wrap up in a blanket.

  2. Step 2
    Window shade.

Make the room dark. your natural melatonin will help you sleep when it has no light. This is why you yawn when the sun goes down. Your body is getting ready for sleep slowly.

  3. Step 3
    Box fan.

    Box fan.

If you live in a noisy area use 1 or 2 box fans to drown out noise from outside or even inside your own home. This is especially true for 2nd and 3rd shift people

  4. Step 4
    Target brand Nasal Strips.

    Target brand Nasal Strips.

I have a deviated septum ( broken nose ) So I use and will not go without a nighttime Nasal Strip on my nose to help me breath better. It also limits my snoring. I always buy off brands to save money. The better you sleep, the better tomorrow will be. GOOD NIGHT!

Tips & Warnings
  • Follow the directions on the box when applying the strip to help it stay on
  • If you itch from a certain kind try a different kind.
  • This helps a lot if you have a cold.
  • This might make you a better person to live with.
