  • Commercial ovens available include deck ovens, countertop ovens, conveyor ovens, convection ovens, char-broilers and barbecue roaster ovens.
  • Your best bet may be to buy a used commercial oven. Check online or in your local newspaper's classified listings.

on 6/24/2009 I am interested in buying a commercial oven for my home. What are the concerns when considering this? Are there any safety concerns? Commercial ovens are not equipped with electronic igniters or starters. The pilot light will always be on, is there a big increase in the gas output because of this?
